What can I expect the process to look like?

THE COMMISSION PROCESS1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUESTFill out the commission request form with the details of what you would like, including your reference photo(s) and preferred size. I will email you with a quote and we can discuss any questions or special requests you may have.2. CONFIRM & PAY DEPOSITOnce you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll email you an invoice for a 50% deposit (or payment in full if preferred), payable by card or payment link.3. INITIAL OUTLINE I will create an initial outline of your drawing and send you a photo to review. This gives you the chance to approve the overall look and layout before I continue with the full drawing.4. I COMPLETE YOUR DRAWINGOnce you’re happy with the outline, I will continue with the full drawing. Drawings are usually completed within 1–2 weeks.5. REVIEW & APPROVEI will send you a photo of the finished drawing to review and approve. Any final adjustments can be made if needed.6. FINAL PAYMENT & SHIPPINGOnce you’re happy with the finished drawing, I will send an invoice for the final payment (if applicable). Your drawing will then be carefully packaged and shipped to you.TOTAL COMPLETION TIME IS AROUND 1–2 WEEKSThis may take a little longer if adjustments are requested during the process. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location.

Choosing a Photo

Clear, well-lit photos will allow me to capture the most detail, but I’m also happy to work from lower-quality or older photos. Just bear in mind the finished drawing may have less detail depending on the reference.I usually leave the background out of my drawings. However, if you would like the background from your reference photo included, this can be added on request.Not sure which photo to choose? Send a few options with your commission request and I’ll be happy to help you choose the best one.
